Everyone's needs are different when they are emigrating to a new country and because of this we will tailor our services to meet your needs. Below is a brief outline of the services that we offer. PERSONAL NEEDS ANALYSIS

After we have spoken to you on the telephone or communicated via e-mail, we will ask you to complete an Enquiry Form. Based on the information you have already supplied us along with the enquiry form, we will put together a Personal Needs Analysis to enable us to find the best service that we can offer to meet your needs.

INFORMATION BOOKLET

We have put together an Information Booklet for people arriving from the UK. This will give you details on all thing you will need to do when you first arrive without having to ring around or trawl the internet. This is a must for anyone thinking about emigrating to Adelaide and can be purchased on it's own.

MEET AND GREET

The meet and greet part of the service is one that we feel is the most important and the one we enjoy the most! It can be a daunting experience walking through the arrival doors in a strange place with no-one to meet you. We can personally meet you off your flight so that you have a friendly face to welcome you straight away. We will then drive you to your accommodation and help you to settle in. Alternatively, we can help you pick up your hire vehicle and escort you to your accommodation,

A Welcome Pack (as detailed below) and Information Booklet are included in this service.

CAR RENTAL

Car rental can be organised by us either from the airport or from a destination of your choice. We are often able to negotiate better rates and reduce the amounts of excess.

SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION

Finding rental properties in and around Adelaide can prove very difficult especially at affordable prices. We can do all the hard work for you getting a feel for what exactly it is you are looking for and finding it for you. We will inspect the accommodation in advance and take care of the bookings on your behalf.

WELCOME PACK

When you've just had a 23 hour plane journey, the last thing you want to do is hit the supermarket to buy the essentials. We offer a Welcome Pack which will include some basic food stuffs, stamps, phone card, bottle of wine etc. These essentials should keep you going for a while until you fancy venturing out to the local supermarket and try to get to grips with all the new brand names!

ADVICE ON SCHOOLING

Having experienced both the state and private school systems in Australia, we can provide you with advice on schooling, look into schools in your chosen area and set up interviews for you for when you arrive.

AREAS OF ADELAIDE

As with all countries and cities, some areas can be considered more desirable than other and this can be a minefield when you arrive in a new country. We can offer you advice on areas in and around Adelaide, local amenities and average house prices.

RENTING AND BUYING A PROPERTY

With experience in both renting and buying properties in Adelaide, we can help you with advice on how the renting system works and what you can expect for your money. Buying a house in Australia is somewhat different to buying a house in UK and if you need advice on obtaining a mortgage, house prices or just how the system works, please contact us.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT

We can offer you support, advice and guidance for the first week or so after your arrival where we are at the other end of a phone to answer any questions you may have, no matter how big or small.
